The quality of the superlative raw materials, excellent cuts of meat at a more than fair price, a very organized open kitchen and above all impeccable in cleanliness. I speak all this as a chef of a very well-known fish restaurant in Taranto, we will absolutely return for another romantic dinner. P.S if you don't see photos it's because the dish must be savored as soon as it arrives at the table, and since everything was delicious I absolutely couldn't waste time for some photos
