The quality of the superlative raw materials, excellent cuts of meat at a more than fair price, a very organized open kitchen and above all impeccable in cleanliness. I speak all this as a chef of a very well-known fish restaurant in Taranto, we will absolutely return for another romantic dinner. We had a 5-course starter for two: vegetables and dairy products but the best thing was the bruschetta and the omelette which melted in the mouth with a delicate flavour. Then we chose a second course each: pork cheek for him and for me free-range chicken with adorable spices and to finish off with some incredible baked potatoes; Very crunchy on the outside and melting on the inside...wow We will definitely be back thank you
