We chose to eat here for both nights we were in marathea and it was really worth it. first of all, the kindness and acuteness of teresa and the waiter who helped us with the parking lot. nice to enter a cozy place. the place is informal and you feel at home, but we remind you that it is all well kept if you want to recall the knees and I refer to some reviews, the museum you find in Tuscany . the food really fresh and well cooked. the first evening we ate excellent spaghetti with clams and an oorata with delicious boiled potatoes! We didn't think potatoes were so good! the second evening of fresh anchovies fried with fries really well. also the caciocavallo in the pan is a unique goodness. really honest prices. the second evening 40 euros in 2 always with the receipt, are very precise tangled!
We have eaten starter, a main pasta dish, one tiramisu', one glass of wine and two bottles of water for an unacceptable price of 80EUR for 2 persons. I think it is out of market and to be sincere the food was good but not to justify such a price...
My wife and I celebrate our anniversary each year by visiting some place new. This year it was a Puglia Italy region. Today we were in Taranto Italy walking in old town on the seaside. We stopped in as we saw this was one of The busier ristorante around. We just wanted ice tea and some bread but ended up having grilled sword fish and spaghetti. Wow. What a dish. Great flavor. Wait staff spoke limited English so using our language converter we were able to communicate. The staff is very friendly but busy. We loved this little ristorante and outdoor atmosphere.
