Worst place I have ever been to. (obviously had to put him in his place) No care at all of their social surroundings. Rude unprofessional staff (Portuguese guy).

This is our second time in 2 weeks. the first time the service was bad and the waiter got our commands wrong and could not speak fluent English. this time we us... read more This is our second time in 2 weeks. the first time the service was bad and the waiter got our commands wrong and could not speak fluent English. this time we used our voucher, which we could not redeem for the first time and the service was good and fast. the eating was pleasant, although the crab bite of my partner was still frozen and had to be returned and when it came, it was nice. not a place if they want a quiet meal, as there are always children eating here and can be very loud.

Manager very stressed , one waitress working for a fully booked restaurant , waited for 15 mins no sign of a drink or waitress so decided to walk out ! No one noticed ! Waste of time as always with this place , lack of staff , lack of service , and very very poor ! Get your act together !!

The first time we went, the service was not great and the waiter made mistakes with o... read more My partner and I went to this restaurant for the second time in two weeks. The first time we went, the service was not great and the waiter made mistakes with our orders because they didn't speak English well. However, on our second visit, we were able to use a voucher that we hadn't been able to use before. The service was better and faster this time. The food was tasty, although my partner's crab dish was still frozen in the middle and had to be sent back. When it finally came out, it was delicious. This restaurant may not be the best choice for a quiet evening out, as there were always children dining and it could get quite noisy.
