The pizzas were very good, and the restaurant's decor is equally impressive.

As soon as we arrived, the waiter was very attentive and took the time to explain that the owner is celiac, that they have two separate kitchens, and that they work very carefully. Later, we saw that the restaurant is officially certified gluten-free, which gave us enormous peace of mind. The first night we tried pasta (both regular and gluten-free) and both were delicious: the regular meat lasagna was spectacular, and the gluten-free spaghetti was great too. The second night we went for the pizzas, also in both regular and gluten-free versions. They were good, although, of course, it's hard to compete with Neapolitan pizza. The service was excellent on both visits! A highly recommended place to eat well in Taormina, especially for those who need safe gluten-free options.
