Good evening. I'm someone who also has a business and unfortunately sometimes reviews don't always go the way I wish for them to go, but I learn from my mistakes and I try improve. Tonight I passed by this lovely little cocktail bar. I opened up the menu, noticed they had a bottle of Prosecco priced at €30. The waiter approached me, I opened up the menu and pointed out the name of the bottle and twice I said I would like this bottle, pointed at the page and asked him to make sure it was cold. My wife joined me several minutes later and we enjoyed the bottle which I assumed I had ordered, enjoyed our evening, I paid the bill and added a tip and walked away once done. I later received a notification on my telephone informing me that not only had I paid for the bottle of Prosecco that I had asked for, but had almost paid three times the price. After finishing our meal at another restaurant, we passed by the same cocktail bar, I approached the man who appeared to be the manager who spoke English well, who now told me he did not speak English and I informed him that there may have been a mistake, it wasn't an issue but there was a mistake. He told me that I drank a different bottle of Prosecco and that I paid the correct price. I informed him that, I did not ask for a different bottle of Prosecco, that I had ordered the one that was three times less expensive, that had a completely different name and was not the one I had asked for. He then called the waiter and asked him if this is what I had ordered, he replied yes. Like you and every other person walking into a restaurant and bar, who is also on holidays, I unfortunately have to look at the price on the menu, as I am conscious I don't want to order something that is extremely expensive and I want to know what I am paying for. I informed the manager that it was obviously a mistake on behalf of the waiter, and I unfortunately didn't look at the name of the bottle when my glass was poured as I had already asked twice. He didn't care, he blamed me and said I drank it, which I had. I'm happy to pay for a €80 bottle of Prosecco and tip the waiter afterwards, what I do not appreciate is being treated like a fool and taken advantage of. I recommend that you treat your customers a little better and try not take advantage of tourists, I think this behaviour is disgusting and if I did this in my business, I wouldnt have a business to run. Best wishes in the future. It's a nice little bar, you do not need to take advantage of tourists to stay open, a little more appreciation for your customer the truth is, I would have been happy to stop for one beer on the way home and to throw a little bit of business your way, now unfortunately I could only recommend that people stay away as you are happy to steal from your customers and lie, a very bad approach to treating your customers and then pretending you don't speak Englsih even though we had a lovely conversation through English when I was present in your bar earlier. Best Cocktail‘s in Town !!!! Very friendly Staff!! The bartender Monir is creative, competent, personable and very hard-working!
What a perfect place! Ideal for pre-dinner drinks. Great hospitality. They give you small snacks and sandwiches with your drinks. The service was very attentive.

Excellent for cocktails, aperitifs, and aperitifs. The place is charming and well-maintained, so trendy and lounge-like. Excellent drinks and friendly, attentive service. Definitely worth a try.
