Ape Nera - TAORMINA

We came there really late after a concert but the staff still made our stay pleasant. we had to wait a bit outside until they had our table prepared and we waited a bit longer for the drinks to get prepared. however the drinks were served in beautiful glasses and really pretty decorated

The place is chic and elegant, the courteous and very kind staff. the cocktails were excellent and the price is in line with the standards of taormina

Super cosy and stylish cocktail bar with substantial selection. Was pleased to see a Pisco Sour on the menu as I rarely see it in most places. Seating comfortable against the wall and a few seats against the bar plus some outside. Clean and modern presentation and staff quickly take orders and present cocktails. Snacks also available. I only wish the place was bigger but perhaps that is part of the charm. On the Main Street so popular.

Came here every evening for pre-dinner drinks. The friendliest, welcoming and efficient service we had anywhere during our time in Taormina. Excellent selection of expertly made cocktails (Negroni and White Negroni's especially) and cold crisp white and rose wines too. We didn't eat here, but those that were seemed to enjoy their food very much Lovely to sit outside and people watch, though cosy and inviting inside, for the one evening it rained. Warmly recommended for everything
