New York Deli And Catering

We always have gone here. Under new ownership. I hope they stay just as good. The sandwiches we got this time were very good. Service was fast, in and out in maybe 5 minutes. Menu hasn't changed so you can still get the same subs. The prices have dropped slightly. My husband ordered the Station 34.. said the garlic mayo was strong but he liked it a lot. I had the Italian that I split with my daughter. Good sub.

Definitely a NY style delicatessen! Our sandwiches were perfect! Owner/staff were wonderful. If you're looking for that NY deli feel and a limitless selection of menu selections I highly recommend stopping here.

My father used to frequent Vinny's old location in East Burg. I went a few weeks back and the breakfast sandwich was okay at best. This one was much better. I'd still take one off nearly any cart or small bodega style place in the city first, but for this area, it's close to city style.

We placed a large order for delivery, they had some issues and didn't deliver, once I got over the stress of not having the food on time. I picked up the 4-5 Foot subs, and 2-2 Foot subs! The sandwiches were amazing, very tasty everyone loved them. Kim also refunded me the delivery charge and some additional money for the stress and inconvenience without me even asking her for that. they were very sorry and felt badly for the stress they caused me. I would use them again. I did have to get over the appearance of the place, but we do need to always look deeper than the skin.

Food good, but unsanitary! Have been here a few times recently since relocating back to the Poconos. Only tried breakfast sandwiches. Sandwiches tasted 'pretty good ', but today the bread was a slightly hard/dry on one side (old, perhaps? . Last time, I ordered my sandwich and was waiting and waiting in deli for it, as I was the only customer in there. The man behind the counter remained busy prepping food, other lady in office. Then I happen to notice, my sandwich was done and resting on shelf for check out. Would have been nice if they communicated so I could have a hot breakfast. *Today I saw a man picking up sliced tomatoes with his bare hands. AND another older gentleman was wearing gloves- I observed him open the front door leaving the deli, walk to the auto store next door, return, and resume cooking/prepping with the SAME latex gloves on.
