Berrellis Italian Chophouse

The server and the kitchen staff had an argument right next to our table. Some of the dishes were enjoyable, but others in our group found their meals quite disappointing. Overall, it was definitely overpriced, and we have no plans to return.

Our server failed to inform us that the bill included an 18% gratuity. We found it rather off-putting not to be told, especially since the rest of the service was very good. It left us with a "bad taste in our mouths" that we only learned about the added gratuity after asking. In contrast, a midday waitress at Trails End did inform us about the 18% when she presented our bill, and we appreciated that level of transparency.

The food arrived cold and lacked flavor. The steak prices were in line with what one would expect for its quality, but the selection was disappointing. On a positive note, our server was fantastic. However, the limited menu options made for a less enjoyable experience at a steakhouse.

The salate were delicious, but from us 9 only 2 have enjoyed the most important courses. we both ordered the same dish mushroom ravioli. otherwise the fish was dry, the chicken parmesan was so, and the meatballs were ok, but the spaghetti was so.

The service was amazing!! We had some cocktails, steak, lobster, and the gnocchi. The tomahawk steak wasn’t very flavorful and the old fashions were very sweet but overall it was a good experience. The gnocchi was delicious
