This restaurant serves the best Callos and Lengue I've ever had. It's owned by Mr. Bobart Colina, a retired CPA and former head of the LGU in Tanjay, who personally oversees the food preparation. For my lunch, I dined in and spent over ₱2,000 per person. The food was excellent, earning a score of 5. The service was decent, rated at 3, while the atmosphere was delightful, also rated 5.
