I ordered pizza for dinner, specifically two large pizzas with cheese crust. When the delivery arrived, I immediately pointed out to the driver, "I ordered large." To my surprise, he replied, "Yes, it’s a big box, but they’re medium pizzas—that’s just our policy." Excuse me, what? When I order a large pizza, I expect a large pizza in a large box, not medium pizzas in a big box. I was extremely disappointed and I won'... View all feedback.
