The Bellevue is pretty much isolated. There are no stones-throw-away dining options but the ones they provide within the resort. Fortunately, this resort has Marea. We were very happy with what we ordered (halang halang and sisig). The portions were generous, the soup of the halang halang was very flavorful! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Marea Al Fresco Dining:
we were 3 days in bellevue. for 3 days we had to bear this restaurant because there was nothing else near. we never had a good meal, but had nowhere else to go. of incorrect calculations to be called to inappropriate times to sign. for bills that were never brought to us, even if they were said they would be to openly terrible food. Avoid them, if possible, it has ruined our vacation in bohol. View all feedback.
Marea Al Fresco Dining is one of the restaurants at the Bellevue Resort, Bohol. We had a fantastic meal at this venue when we stayed at the resort. Our table was located on the grass of the garden area. There was a live band playing some great music. The waiting staff were very good and the food we ate was superb. The overall ambience created was perfect. The standard of this venue matches the rest of the resort which is also very very good.
Excellent place for an evening meal! Food is good and served in fairly large portions. Staff are very professional and polite. Prices are amazingly low for a place of this calibre. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
It's the restaurant of Bellevue, thus, it aims to maintain the standards set by the hotel/resort. And it does not disappoint. The staff members are really professional, alert, and polite. And they all look sharp. Although it is an open-air restaurant, it is not that humid or warm because there's the cool breeze drifting in from the seas. There is a function hall on the second floor. The food is tasty, cooked or prepared with precision and care. One must try its Herb-Crusted Norwegian Salmon for main course and Chocolate Delice for dessert. You can skip the Mango Float; it's not that good. The servings are huge, generous. One dish could probably feed two persons. Three if everyone's on a diet. This must explain why every item on the menu is really pricey. It is definitely priced for tourists and guests, not locals in Bohol.
The ingredients are very simple, but the volume is large. The taste of the food is not bad.
Good food, large portions of drinks are a bit overpriced! Nice location on the white beach!
