One of the Medan style noodles which has been my favorite for a long time. The cha sio topping is sweet and savory although not much. there is resistance. For meatballs, the jumping is just normal. If you’re craving Steamy hot soup, you can try this place. They have a variation of (some) homemade meatballs ranging from beef, seafood as well as pork. It’s served complete with veggie and rice noodle (bihun kweatiau) — optional, garnished with green scallion and fermented veggie (tung choi). Definitely sweating while enjoying a bowl.
