Special mention for Neil who looked after us today outstanding service. Lived in East Grinstead for many years but did not know you can get a first class breakfast at the Wire Mill! You can go to other places, but, first class food, excellent service and a great location make this a place of choice! Thoroughly recommend thank you Neil.

I've low scored the service as although everything was perfect, the bar closed at 10pm on a Friday 2 weeks before Christmas. Seriously??? Rooms: Better than The Felbridge Hotel, or anywhere else locally. Food and drinks: Food was good. Small but varied menu, good flavour, right temperature, service timely and friendly.
