Although the venue and the... read more As a group of friends staying nearby, we booked the restaurant as the reviews on the whole were really good. What a mistake that was! Although the venue and the staff were pleasant and the starters were actually really nice, the main meals were awful. I had chicken shish which was really dry and tasteless, my partner had the mousakka which she described as pure mush with no texture to it or taste, my other friends had the salmon (as the sea bass was out of stock) they described this as overcooked and again bland with no taste. We expressed our concerns to the waiter who apologised on behalf of the chef and gave us some free Turkish cakes for our trouble, the fact that at over £300 for the 7 of us (which included drinks) the price was really expensive for what we got. Truly awful and we will certainly not be going there again.

I highly recommend trying the lamb kleftiko if you are a fan of lamb - it was absolutely delicious.

We found the menu to be very expensive, but decided to give it a try anyway. However, we were extremely disappointed by the small portion sizes and poor quality of the food when it arrived. The food was cold, the halloumi was tough, the chicken was almost undercooked, and the calamari was unappetizing. Overall, we were very unhappy with our meal, especially considering the high price we paid. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.

The portion size was very small, with only two small lamb cutlets and two ribs that didn't have much meat on them. I had the moussaka, which was bland and not very hot. We were both disappointed with our meals. The salad was nice, but my partner wished he had ordered the mixed grill instead. Overall, we don't think we will be returning to this restaurant, even though the ambiance was nice.
