My husband ordered a coffee to be delivered and today and yet again it cancelled just as it was meant to be delivered, I had already waited over 30 minutes, it’s not the first time this has happened I’m so angry with this service, the money was there so there wasn’t any reason why it didn’t arrive, it seems my money is not good enough for just eat, terrible customer service,,,,,,,

I always make sure to stop by Ventura Park whenever I am in the area. It never disappoints!

I always get the best salted caramel frappes from this place! They are very sweet, just the way I like them!

The coffee was good, and the blueberry muffin and millionaire shortbread were decent but not the best. However, the cutlery was dirty, which is a common problem in these places. The Costa in Nottingham has the same issue. It would be appreciated if they invested in a proper dishwasher to ensure clean cutlery for customers.
