I am very grateful for the help of the friendly and helpful staff at this restaurant. I brought in my backpack with a broken clip, and they were able to assist me because the backpack came with a 10-year warranty. They had no issue with providing an exchange or refund, even without a receipt. Although they didn't have the same backpack in stock, they exchanged it for a different one and covered the price difference.... View all feedback.
What Dan Florentin doesn't like about Asda:
Visiting this store offers a mixed experience. If you're an early bird, you'll find well-stocked shelves and a peaceful atmosphere. However, as the day progresses, the stock tends to dwindle and is rarely replenished, so plan your visit accordingly. While the store is clean and provides a calm shopping environment, it's noticeably understaffed. This leads to extended wait times if you require assistance. One addition... View all feedback.
Great range of products and usually I'm able to find what I need. Only time I ever struggle is in summer for BBQ stuff which understandably runs out fast. Their own brand water filters (Maxtra compatible) seem pretty good for the price.
Handy, good parking, nicely presented store pricing needs lowering across the complete range of products, more notice needs to be taken of products that sell out quickly and more of those products need to be supplied and put onto the shelves and management need to take note of reviews like this one if they genuinely want to out compete with local and national competition
Massive range of items in stock some can be quite expensive but there's usually a cheaper alternative a few shelves down. Upstairs has George clothes electrical items plus there's a decathlon. There's toilets onsite and a cafe all wheelchair accessible with petrol station as well can be a one stop shop
I had a very bad experience at Asda Tamworth today. Went to the self checkout with a couple items and was repeatedly ignored by the ‘happy to help’ staff. I am not happy and I was not helped. Thanks :
Store itself always has a good range of items, and the George section is always well stocked but the staff really let the store down. Spoken to as if you're a criminal because you went into the basket section with a trolley with 3 items in it? Especially with someone who is clearly disabled and who was buying 1 of the 3 items (a drink to take medication that was visibly out to be taken). They just need to have some compassion and use their brain sometimes, else it comes across very rude.
