On March 29, many tables were... read more McDonald's has always been a benchmark of excellence. But here, it pains me to see a blow to the reputation of my favorite brand. On March 29, many tables were dirty. Trash and food remnants were scattered on the floor. Waste was overflowing from the bin and had not been compacted. Staff members appeared in the dining area but paid no attention. Eventually, I had to go to the counter myself and inform them that cleaning was necessary. I would understand if this were just an ordinary fast-food joint, but this is McDonald's—a globally recognized establishment! And finally, what is the point of having a coded lock on the restroom door? That feels very unwelcoming. Service: 1
