Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the food is crafted from local ingredients with great attention to detail. The service is impeccable, with a special mention for the delicious sauces and well-curated wine selection that perfectly complement the menu. I was pleasantly surprised to find a homemade aroma replacing the traditional Calvados. Each dish was presented flawlessly, although the uniformity in table settings and service may suggest room for improvement in attention to detail. While the prices are on the higher end, the use of locally sourced ingredients and the skill displayed in the kitchen and dining area justify the expense. Overall, this is a restaurant where quality and expertise are truly showcased.
