Our new waitress was very friendly, but the restaurant's design was quite noisy. Additionally, there was an issue with their system, which caused a 45-minute wait for our food. Unfortunately, when it finally arrived, it was lukewarm. We expected a manager to check in with us after the long wait, but that didn’t happen. Overall, this experience did not meet the quality of service and food we’ve come to expect based on our previous visits. We hope this was just a one-off situation, but we're starting to question if the standards have slipped.

This is an excellent restaurant with a beautiful view in the Clearwater-Tampa Bay area. It's one of our favorites! This time, I had the grouper sandwich, and it was amazing. The value for the price is fantastic, and the staff is always attentive. I highly recommend it!

They could not seat us for our reservation because they had already given away all of the tables to accommodate a party of 10. We had to all sit at separate tables. The tables were not pushed together. We literally had to sit at different tables for a birthday celebration. We made reservations weeks in advance. They should not accept reservations if they do not have seating to accommodate customers. I asked to speak to the manager. She was not helpful. The entire experience was a bust. This establishment is ran and managed by children. The front desk was children the manager had no real training on how to speak with guests. It was a complete disappointment.

Excellent location on upper Tampa Bay. Newly renovated deck with open air dinning under roof. Multiple large screen TV's for sporting events. Service was good, food was yummy but pricey as were the cocktails. We had Grouper Sandwiches, a drink, and an appetizer with tip $91.00 OUCH
