Wendy's - Tampa

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I arrived at 12:30 and had a slow journey through the ordering process. I finally ordered an apple salad and requested extra salt when my food was brought to me. I was told they had no salt, but later found it myself at the counter. The fries I got were not hot, so I went back in to get hot ones and had to wait 1 or 2 minutes. When I got home, I realized my apple pecan salad was missing the pecans. Overall, my experience at this Wendy's was not as good as it used to be, and I am starting to visit less frequently. Thank you.

This Wendy's location consistently fails to provide customers with their orders and often runs out of certain items. Last week, they were out of regular soft drinks, only offering diet options and their overpriced lemonade that they were promoting. This week, they were out of sweet and sour sauce. Additionally, they sometimes mix up orders but instead of apologizing and fixing the mistake, they give attitude to customers.

I went to this restaurant around 11:45 PM on a Wednesday night and ordered a large amount of food. The drive-thru service was excellent and quick!

The floors were dirty. some tables were dirty. one of the beverage machines had no ice and no carbonization. the personal did not seem to care

Ordered food on the mobile app to pick up at Wendy’s when I got there they saw my order went to the pick up window told me I had to wait because my order wasn’t ready yet pulled up waited approximately 10 minutes went inside and the gentleman told me that they lost my order another lady pulled my order up but told me I had to wait for my order to be ready so basically putting me down the line I was there about almost an hour to wait for my food went to McDonald’s and got better service will never return to this Wendy’s ever again .
