Usually excellent, but tonight I ordered a plain double stack for my dog, and when I got home, it was piled high with toppings! To make things worse, they didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call and share my complaint! View all feedback.
Make sure to ask for ketchup at both the drive-thru speaker and the window, or you might end up without any.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, as my fries were served cold right after breakfast—how is that even possible? It feels like I frequently encounter issues here. To make matters worse, the staff didn't clean off the lid or the drink cup, which led to soda spilling everywhere. Next time, I'll just use the drive-thru. If my fries aren’t hot and my drink isn’t properly prepared, I won't hesitate to ask them to fix it. This level of service is unacceptable. If you're not enjoying your job, maybe it's time to consider a change!
The burgers were barely warm, and the bacon tasted like it had been sitting in the toaster all day. The fries were so salty that I couldn’t finish them. The quality definitely needs improvement.
I usually enjoy Wendy's, but this location didn't meet my expectations. The food was cold, there were no napkins provided, and the service was lacking.
