Triana Caribbean - Tampa

I was surprised to find additional charges for lettuce, tomato, and even mayo on my burger, without being informed beforehand. Though the food was tasty, the prices were higher than expected. They also accidentally gave me two burgers, but I decided not to dispute it and paid for both. Overall, I would rate the food as 5 out of 5.

The 12 alcapurria at this restaurant was definitely worth it. It needed a little bit of salt compared to other places I grew up enjoying, but the tostones were perfect and salted just right. They went great with the mayo ketchup, no complaints there! The arroz con gandules was absolutely authentic Puerto Rican cuisine and so good. The Mofongo with steak was perfect, although I personally felt it needed extra caldo. I ordered online and the food was ready to go 20 minutes before the scheduled time. If you're looking for authentic Puerto Rican food, this place is a must-try!

Triana is a truly authentic Puerto Rican restaurant. The food is excellent, the service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is great. I highly recommend this place. My family and I will definitely be returning customers. Tony and his staff are amazing! Come by and experience it for yourself. Trust me, you'll want to come back for more.
