What User doesn't like about The Hall On Franklin:
They usually have a wonderful time, but during my recent visit, there was an event (aja) that made the atmosphere extremely loud. I'm not sure why reservations were allowed during such a big event. We waited about 30 minutes past our reservation time, with the option to either wait longer or sit at a table right in the midst of the event. Overall, my experience was just average. Great experience! the concept is somewhat confusing, but we had a great direction from our server. (the place is very loud, which adds to the chaos. our cocktails were excellent, and our selection of meals of the fork galina were wonderful! for the desert we shared the Churro sunshade, which was mammoth! but delicious! the only part was the disorganization at the Hostess stand, they did not register our arrival, so we received a “no show” email that we corrected to collect our open table points. but we will definitely be back!
The food was great we were seated immediately and in a great location (all seats are pretty great loca).. our server was very attentive and accommodating and the atmosphere really resonated the locale. Really enjoyed the experience and would totally eat here again!

We came on a recommendation from a friend . VERY disappointed. The Hall is a 5 Restaurant concept but the Hall itself is like a Mall FOOD COURT. Very noisy due to the fact that the most guests were teenagers and screaming all of the time. At least this Friday evening. You can choose the food from one or all 5 restaurants from one Menu but get the food to different times. I had ordered Thai food which came quite fast. My wife from the Greek restaurant. Her food came approx. 15 minutes after I finished my dish. The food we ordered was just OK but the prices way to high. Also, the CHEAPEST red wine bottle was $50.00 (Glass $12.00) Sorry, but for a food court??? Sorry, cannot recommend and will not come back.
This was a great experience. Did not really understand how things ran from looking online, but when you get seated there are multiple menus in one. There are at least 4 different places to order from. Everything comes out quickly and tastes amazing. Side dishes are huge so you know. Oh! The bar is also amazing. They make their old fashioneds so good. You need to try it if nothing else. What do you have to lose.
