The restaurant was quiet empty when we got there but we ate super early. The restaurant is just off the road and could easily be missed but it’s a great place! They have a nice outdoor space as well. The food was great, prices very reasonable and the service was terrific!! I’d recommend this restaurant for sure. What User doesn't like about The Bungalow:
my crab and shrimp pada was very dirty. the only taste on the whole plate was from the cheese up. the brot with it was also very dry. my so’s thunfisch tatiki salat was in dressing despite mentioning the desire very easy dressing. her thunfish was also a very confusing mix of raw and boiled aromene. This is a lively bar with delicious food. I have always received excellent service here and there are plenty of seating choices available.
Try the Captain Crunch sliders! The potatoes are also incredibly delicious.
I had a great time at this restaurant. I plan to bring my family with me next time.
My crab and shrimp penne pasta was very bland. The only flavor on the whole plate was from the cheese on top. The bread provided with it was also very dry. My SO's tuna tatiki salad was slathered in dressing despite mentioning wanting very light dressing. Her tuna was also a very confusing blend of raw and cooked flavors. It wasn't bad but wasn't great. Service was good overall. Our waiter was fairly attentive. The only thing we particularly liked was the ambience/mood of the place.
Cronuts for the win! They were absolutely delicious! The food was decently priced and the atmosphere on the outside deck/bar with the live music was great. The service was lacking for how empty the inside of the restaurant was where we were sitting. The waitress was very nice and apologetic for us having to wait for refills and food. The atmosphere and food will making me come back again.
