My experience at this fast-food restaurant was the worst service I have ever encountered. There were seven customers, including myself, waiting to place our orders but we were all ignored. After speaking up, we were told to enter our orders through a kiosk. Everyone ended up leaving the restaurant in frustration. It would be better if they tore down the building and added more drive-thru lanes. The Wendy's down the street still has staff inside taking orders.

The homemade soup was delicious, the food was of high quality, and the customer service was excellent.
