Came in today to order for myself and 2 of my co workers. The lady at the counter was very friendly. I ordered 3 separate orders, and without asking, she put the 3 drinks into a drink carrier. Might not seem much to some but so many times Ive been at fast food places and you get an attitude for everything and have to ask for everything. She was exceptional! Food came out fast, and good. What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
The slowest worst service ever! This whole device should be switched off. I came in and was the only person in the place and literally stood there for 20 minutes! Nobody even welcomed me or tried to take an order. At one point I just wanted to go back to see if someone was in the spot. I just went and decided to spend my money in Chick-fil-A, at least they appreciate it. View all feedback.
Pulled up at 10pm. There was 5 cars ahead of us so it was busy. Line took 7 minutes and we got to the order “box”. The young lady was helping the car in front of us and in the same time took our very lengthy order… It’s was very impressive! Good on you Taco Bell! I believe the young lady’s name is Sharleen. I hope I spelled that right. Fantastic service! Thank you.
The quality of the food was okay. The service was missing. Also for mild sauce get hot and volcano.

I'm looking forward to tasting these new pommes. They were outside. I asked for my taco to be superior, but no tomatoes. The cashier seemed angry and didn't give a receipt, so I don't know if I was even charged to override the taco or not. Switzerland Mist tasted like Alka-Seltzer.
Delicious food and the staff was really nice and AMAZING!
