Taco Bell - Tampa

The food was disappointing. I requested my orders to be separated, but instead, they packed everything haphazardly into three bags, and the food was cold. I was concerned that they may have taken my order back to give to the customer behind me. I didn't receive any acknowledgment or assistance from the staff. I recommend going to a different Taco Bell. I should have waited and opted for a place where the food is fresh. I wasted $42. I couldn't argue about it because I wasn't offered a receipt. Ugh! Also, there are plenty of parking spaces available in Britton Plaza.

The chicken quesadillas are perfectly crispy and flavorful. They are truly a gem within the Lower Britton Plaza. Taco Bell shines as a standout choice.

The Taco Bell here is quite lively, but it seems like they have more customers than they can manage. Who would have thought they could handle it well? Do they even comprehend the orders? I mean, is it normal to find what looks like a teaspoon of bark in a taco? Why not, I guess? The staff appeared really overwhelmed, and when I tried to place an online order, I was met with a worker who spent the entire conversation chatting on the phone with a friend. He shrugged his shoulders when I asked about my order and seemed completely disinterested. Honestly, it was quite astonishing. If you’re looking for a better dinner option, I suggest finding a different place—this experience certainly left a lot to be desired.

This place deserves zero stars and I am very disappointed in my “service” today. You guys got to do better with customers or hire people that actually need and want to work. Customer service is key, and people here fail it every day. Not only that, but they give you what they want, even after asking you multiple times what you want and charge you for that item. It’s ridiculous, and I will be contacting corporate.
