Starbucks - Tampa

There’re no words to describe the drink I purchased! ??

Horrible. I ordered a 12 oz capp with 3 shots of espresso and it tasted like warm milk I had to throw it out. I wanted coffee with just enough milk to make it smooth...I will not go to this location again. So disappointing.

These are the worst deaducks in tampa. this location has to hire a better manager and acquire all employees. the amount of drinks I saw that they make wrong and in the 30 minutes I was waiting for a cup of coffee was ineffective. No one seems to know what they do and how slowly they move is painful. I work in the restaurant industry, so I feel like I'm pretty consistent, and I'll never make bad reviews, but I felt necessary. they just save their time and don't go here. a terrible service and I guarantee that they will not make their drink right.

Whoever I am ever responsible for ordering this place should look for a new position. they do not understand the demand of several customers they are always out of everything. has not tasted in 3 weeks. always run out of splenda, never has cold beer. everyone is rude and innocent.
