My husband and I have been coming here for years. Since circa 2016. Hands down the best sushi in Tampa. Everything they have is tasty and flavorful. Would highly recommend if you're in the area! You won't be disappointed. They have a pretty big selection of sushi and sashimi. And some great appetizers as well. Check them out!?? View all feedback.

Food is great service sucks! The thin Spanish girl and the other with black curly hair that works Sunday evenings are complete garbage! The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired. The thin Spanish girl and the one with black curly hair who work Sunday evenings are particularly disappointing in their service. On the other hand, the white lady and the red-headed Hispanic girls with glasses are excellent and always attentive. Today (Sunday), I decided to leave after encountering the unhelpful Spanish girl with black hair and the thin Spanish girl, as we have had poor service from them multiple times, even after addressing our concerns with a manager. It’s frustrating because we visit often and usually don’t cause any disturbances.
I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the sashimi. My meal began with the Treasure Island appetizer, which featured an assortment of cubed raw sashimi in a light sauce, accompanied by masago and avocado. The first bite of the fish was astonishing—super soft and buttery, perfectly complemented by the avocado. It was incredibly delicious! Then, I dove into the Love Boat for two, and that’s when I experienced the true test: salmon sashimi and tuna. WOW. I’ve never tasted fresher fish, and I’ve had plenty of sushi before. The sashimi was so tender that it practically melted in my mouth, with a luxurious buttery finish and no overpowering fishy taste at all. My family was equally impressed; I blinked, and it was all gone! This is the authentic sashimi I've been searching for, where the chef takes pride in their offerings, leaving you dreaming about your next visit. The portion sizes were generous, and the menu prices were reasonable, with a nice variety of options. The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars was due to the fried soft shell crab, which didn’t taste very good, and our server seemed a bit inexperienced. There were times when we had to wait for things, and some menu items were confusing to navigate. Despite that, I will definitely return to explore more of the menu! Here’s hoping this restaurant maintains its high quality!
Is this restaurant truly known for its fresh sushi? The hibachi, however, is excellent!
For the first time dinner tonight and sushi was delicious!! You have to buy one half of special roles at weekends, so it was delicious and affordable!
I've been waiting for a Sushi place to knock my proverbial socks off. Mission accomplished. My app called Treasure Island, was a variety of diced sushi mixed in a sauce and surrounded by a wall of avocado. An auspicious start to an amazing lunch. I was astounded by the incredible sauce, then when I dipped my avocado in plain soy sauce I was startled by the flavor, even their soy sauce was great. My Hamachi app, fried yellowtail collar, was crisp, juicy and served with a sauce. Again, the sauce was amazing! Who the heck is in charge of sauces, give them a raise. Time for the real test, Sashimi. I got the deluxe because it's only a 2-3 dollar difference and you get the yellowtail. It had white tuna, snapper, red tuna, salmon and yellowtail. All of it was marvelous. When I tried the yellowtail sashimi I was dazed, I felt like I had a sushi high. As you may have guessed, I had a stupendous meal. The Miso Soup was just right. The ginger dressing a little on the sweet side if you like that. I was so happy, I ordered a Sapporo.
