I made a reservation through OpenTable, but when my friend arrived, they said they didn't have a reservation for us. However, after I complained, the manager checked us in. I made a reservation through OpenTable for my friend and me, but upon arrival, the restaurant claimed they had no record of it. After complaining, the manager eventually checked us in.
