Contribute FeedbackRenzo's offers a dining experience that swings dramatically between highs and lows. While many patrons praise the delicious food, particularly the ceviche and steaks, concerns about the quality of some items, like the instant mashed potatoes, have been noted. Service appears inconsistent; some guests appreciate attentive staff, while others report lengthy waits and overlooked orders. The ambiance is described as a mixed bag, with some patrons finding it overly bright or drafty. Despite these issues, diners continue to recommend Renzo's for its potential to provide great meals, especially during special occasions, urging consideration for timing and reservation accuracy.
The only thing I liked about it was my medium rarely fillet mignon the sides look as if they were damped pocket would go there again
Salads were amazing, but when we received our steaks, the quality of the meat was quite bad, especially for the $60 ribeye, which was thin and tasteless. One of us had pasta with Bolognese and they liked their meal.
Our food was disappointing, we will not return or recommend this restaurant to anyone we know. Our waitress was pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu, but our food was not good. The appetizer medals were very over boiled, the octopus in the ceviche was rubbery, my 6,00 side spinach was not well boiled and very salty. We also ordered the corn pancake appetizer with cheese and it had a strange aftertaste. Our flan was probably not from a fresh batch, it also had a very dark color. The crème brulee was decent, but unfortunately it was only not a good experience for us. The menu is expensive so we expect good quality tasting food.
Great food and service at this location will visit again.
Service was really bad. We got our food before any water or the bottle of wine we ordered. Also took 10-15 minutes just to be greeted at our table. Other servers would interrupt our server in the middle of talking to us. The food was really good but they need to train their front of house more.
