It was a good experience for me except they didn't have fried shrimp which I like but I did buy other stuff and it was good and I didn't give it to fifth star because it didn't have fried shrimp View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
I usually do not go to this place, but stopped before the airport. space was cleaner than most. allot the attending staff and food was good on camp. Unfortunately, it wasn't good to eat. the oil that is used to cook the honey walnut garnel is very old and makes it insensitive. I mean, it's good as usual. boxes were saturated in oil. This Panda Express is convenient for us as it is in a shopping center where we shop. For some reason the last 3 times have eaten there they never have the chicken with green beans. Another disappointment was broccoli and beef. literally all broccoli with three pieces of beef about the size of a quarter. It seems that the staff is indifferent to the customer and needs a better manager. Looking for another Panda Express and hoping this is not the standard.
I don't typically frequent this restaurant, but I stopped by at the airport. The place was cleaner than many others. There were plenty of staff and the food was well stocked. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The oil used to cook the honey walnut shrimp was old and made it taste off. The lo mein, on the other hand, was good as usual. The takeout boxes were soaked in oil.
This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. My first time here and my last. The person taking my order seemed like he hated his job and life. Very miserable no type of Customer service whatsoever. I ordered Rangoon, fried rice and lo main, not one thing that I ordered had any flavor. It was the most bland food I have ever had in my life. Tasted like I was eating cardboard. How does the Rangoon not even have flavor? This was extremely upsetting and disappointing. $15 right down the drain. ALSO the portion sizes are so small. Go to any other Chinese restaurant and get a combination meal and you’re gonna get 3x the amount of food you get at this dump. Worst place ever! Tons of bad reviews and I see why! Look at the reviews before you eat here! This place is trash
Why is this place even in business? After 15 plus years, I gave it a go a couple months back at this location and was disappointed but it was nothing too terrible to keep me away. Today, I went through drive-thru around 2:45 PM because I was looking for something quick and something I could eat using silverware. Disgusting! The orange chicken was dry and hard, and what they apparently try to call chow mein was dry, hard, and had zero flavor. I should 've known better to go here. For $9 save yourself the money and go to Fuji Hibachi on Waters and Hanley next to Ollie 's. They have an amazing lunch deal that includes a drink for less than $9, and their food actually tastes good.
The journey through the order was fast. I ordered and came to the window and my food was there! How did you pack that fast? Quality and taste of food also amazing.
