Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant has a prime location overlooking the bay, with good service. However, the grand Sunday buffet has been replaced by a limited menu that lacks exceptional dishes. While some patrons were disappointed with specific menu items and service, others were pleased with new menu additions and overall dining experience. The ambiance, food, and service received high praise from some patrons, while others felt the quality had declined since a renovation. Overall, the restaurant offers a mix of opinions on food quality, service, and ambiance, making it a spot worth trying for a variety of experiences.
In the past I was very happy with the food and service in this restaurant. I was disappointed today with the lively Thanksgiving menu. the food was bland, very small portions for appetizers and suppe and desert. the prime rib was not seasoned and not tender. at $100 per person and 20% automatically expected a first-class experience as I have in past at oystercatchers. Not today. the service was good.
As dog enthusiasts, we found this restaurant listed as pet-friendly on BringFido. However, upon arrival, it seemed as though the staff was not accustomed to customers bringing their dogs. We had to request a bowl of water for our pup, and the server brought a plastic container with a loose lid that spilled water everywhere when our dog tried to drink from it. Unfortunately, this mishap negated the bathroom break we had paid for earlier in the day.
Everything was perfect and the staff was very accommodating. I highly recommend this restaurant!

It has a wonderful location overlooking the bay. Service is good. Gone are the days of the grand Sunday buffet, replaced by a limited menu with nothing exceptional.
