I was advised upon my arrival that they did not have my reservation and that they no longer use Open Table. They still sat me. I still enjoyed my drinks, my meal and bring able to sit in the section of my favorite server (Megan). I don't have any negative feedback because I was still accommodated but do feel OT could've communicated the change
On Swann is amazing BUT THEY DON'T ACCEPT RESERVATIONS THROUGH OPENTABLE. OpenTable says they do, but it's not true. Our reservations were not in their system and they said they haven't used OpenTable in months. But they were extremely accommodating and gave us the next table that came up. We only waited a few minutes. Excellent restaurant, amazing food, fantastic service.
Always enjoy the food. Only issue is too noisy to have a conversation with people at your own table.
