I had to yell for assistance again to find out where my order was, and I noticed other customers were waiting for 20 minutes behind me for their orders as well. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and it's not the first time I've experienced this issue. They seem to prioritize the drive-thru over dine-in customers. If that's the case, they should just close the dining area. Additionally, my order was for takeout, and I ended up with cold fries after waiting a total of 35 minutes. To top it off, they handed me cups for my drinks only after I received my order. Why not give them to me from the start? I’m not sure I’ll return. I've been a customer for many years, but the service has deteriorated each year.

The service is usually quite speedy, and the staff is very friendly. If you'd like to skip any potential waiting, they offer electronic ordering kiosks. As with most McDonald's locations, I suggest stopping by if you're craving a quick meal.
