Mcdonald's - Tampa

The worst customer service I have ever experienced... Food is NEVER made correctly... Don't waste your time talking to the manager on duty... Although the location is closer I'd drive to burger king for good customer service

I ordered with the drive thru. You could not hear the person. I ordered the Big Breakfast with Bacon. I saw Hot Cakes on the Screen I asked it it was the Big Breakfast? Could not hear the person. At the window I explained about the Big Breakfast instead of Hot cakes and sausage. They just put a scoop of eggs over a slice of bacon to the Hotcakes and Sausage I did not want. There was on pat of butter and 1 container of syrup in the sack. and food was cold.

This McDonalds is clean, fast, and the employees are very friendly. Never had a bad experience there in several years. 5/5 stars.

The food is always bomb here. Just had the best McDouble ever. Also, (usually) SUPER friendly service. There’s one super sweet girl in particular who I love! Wish I could remember her name. She’s usually working later at night. Sometimes it gets wicked busy on weekends or holidays w college drunks but it’s all good. Overall this is a 5 star McD’s for sure.

This is a really nice McDonald's. Of all the places I've been in a while as far as fast foods this was probably one of the nicer ones. It was clean and they were friendly. I definitely come back here again
