The restaurant used to be fantastic, but recently my experience has been disappointing. They failed to include half of my order and seemed confused when I asked about the missing items. I even had to request my receipt because it wasn't given to me when I paid. Well I had to drive almost a hour to get here to get my favorite Long John Silver's because there isn't any in Pinellas county for some non logical reason or another but anyhow... I pulled up here with my father the guy on the intercom said just one moment please, as any drive thru does. Within a few seconds the friendly voice returned. And said thanks for being patient that he was the only employee working at the moment. At that second I thought I was being handed a disappointment. But I was extremely mistaken!!! The friendly voice then stated that he had just pulled fresh chicken and fresh fish that he had just personally dropped into the fryer himself himself said he had plenty for whatever we needed. After we ordered we then pulled around to pay and seeing there was customers inside also ordering, The worker then opened the window My Father I met Jordan the only employee that was working. After being handed our food very promptly and everything was in there I told him I would leave a review on my experience. He thanked me very politely and my food was still hot and Sooo Delicious when I got back home. Now I want to point out I'm a business owner and so is my father. Business people see business people and if the owner of this particular Long John silver's hasn't met you in person or doesn't know about you yet, I hope he does after this review because I would Have you as the GM in that Location if I was the owner there or the DM ... Excellent timely personable service. Best fish and hush puppies ever!!! Accurate order. Everything hot. Fish crispy. Hush puppies large, fluffy inside, slightly crisp but light on outside. Highly recommend!!
When my mom comes to visit we go here because she really enjoys the fried fish. We ask for it fresh out of the fryer. It is always amazing.
Wanted some fish from Long John Silver’s so guess where I went. Ms Di’Lani took my order. And let me tell you this young lady was awesome!!! Yes I was one of those annoying customers and she was so patience with me. Hey what can I say I’m a fish lover and Long John Silver’s hits the spot. Fish was hot and the corn OMG! Thank you Di’Lani best service
(02/09/23 evening shift) The order took awhile but everything was fresh hot. Definitely the best food service I've ever had at LJS. The manager and crew did a great job. Thank you.
