The restaurant is always bustling with customers and I have no complaints about the selection or service. However, I do have a problem with the lack of personal space - customers are always crowded together, even before COVID and social distancing became a concern. The cramped location and lack of space have always been an issue for me. I prefer to go to another restaurant where I can relax and have some space to mys... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jeremiah's Italian Ice:
The food at this restaurant is delicious, but it is incredibly inefficient. The service is always slow because the cashiers also serve food and have to juggle multiple tasks like taking orders, adding toppings, and getting ice. Customers often take a long time to decide what they want, causing lines to form. Additionally, the staff is usually not fully utilized. View all feedback.
The first time. it was good, not a philly water ice. but it was good! very tasteful and a great selection of aromene
Excellent service, delicious , clean place and good price.
Amazing amazing!! Never disappointed when I go here. Christmas time they have there Holiday flavors, I always get the candy cane flavor with crushed peppermint candy canes at the bottom.I’m sure all flavors are amazing , but by far accent cane is my fave! The staff are always polite, the place is always clean.
Love this place! I can't eat icecream and their ice tastes amazing! So far, I've tried the coconut, the pnutty and the chocolate. All taste wonderful! The best part is you can try a decent amount of it before you buy. I'll be a customer for life! ??
The young lady seemed to have an issue with us when taking our orders. (Nothing was funny to her) then I later realized it was because I moved the barrier on the sidewalk so my disabled Aunt could walk past and be customers there. I know this because she stormed out as we were still there and put it back in the way.To me, this says anyone handicapped is not welcome.I moved them again for my Aunt as we left. Who actually is in the hospital later this day. Not from this, obviously but from her heart condition. This particular facility is rude and bias to disabled people. We will never return. What pettiness is going on with the sidewalk anyway? And what does it show of the staff?
