Grecian Island - Tampa

I've been a resident of Davis Island for 35 years, and I can confidently say this is the best pizza I've ever had here. The crust is fantastic, and the slices are the largest I've seen—much bigger than those from Tate Brothers, which used to be a long-standing pizzeria on the island, and even larger than Rick's Italian. The Spaghetti and Meatballs entree is also excellent.

The pizza was somewhat disappointing. I ordered the margherita, and it didn't taste great.

The best pizza I've ever had is on Davis Island. Their pizza slices are not only more delicious but also significantly larger than any other options available on the island. Plus, their two-slice special is reasonably priced.

What a fantastic place to dine! I dropped by right as they were opening and was pleasantly surprised to find a breakfast menu, even though I wasn't expecting one initially. I did feel a bit let down at first, but the food turned out to be amazing. The French toast was hands down the best we've ever had! We loved eating outside on the sidewalk; it provided a lovely and relaxing atmosphere. The interior looked cozy and spotless as well. Aleene truly shines in customer service—she was friendly, efficient, and expertly managed multiple tables simultaneously, making each guest feel like they were the only ones being served.

Grecian Island Restaurant offered a fair to good dining experience. The service was friendly, and I have no complaints on that front. The standout dish was the Hummus Grecian Platter, which excelled in presentation, ingredient freshness, and flavor. On the other hand, the Chicken Gyro had generous portions but fell short in taste. While it looked appealing, it didn’t quite live up to expectations—possibly due to the lackluster tzatziki sauce. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.
