Gong Cha Tampa

One of my go-to boba places! The boba pearls are always on point. The pearls do not disintegrate or clump together. They are sweet and chewy! I usually get the lychee slush with the boba and star jelly. The service is wonderful. They are always super sweet and friendly. They don’t rush you off the phone if you have any questions and the drinks are consistent regardless of who makes it.

They have a ton of options which is nice but my Thai milk tea was HEAVY on the milk and barely any tea flavor. The boba were a good texture though and the service was great. Just mediocre tea.

Beside the drink is okay, I have to say the customer service is not good. I went in and ordered two drinks with different sizes. The bigger cup couldn't be sealed, then I asked if she could do it. She responded that she couldn't....with little attitude. That was okay though...Then when the drinks was ready, she put them right at the pick up station without any announcement...then I asked if I could get a bag for it, she put the bag right there and again, no interact with customer... I wonder if she likes her job though. Could've been better when we have a passion for the job and treat customer with respect...

Soooooo good! The brown sugar milk tea with the boba is DELICIOUS ? I took one sip and almost ordered another one to go! Highly recommend!!!!! Love this place.
