I ordered from the online menu because I just arrived at my holiday destination. was easy to order and had decent options to keep the entire order vegan without having to enter all substitutions for the pick 6 bowl. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Fresh Kitchen Bayshore Garden:
I understand that not everywhere is going to be vegan-friendly and that I will have trouble finding vegan options at some restaurants. However, when I go to a place that claims to be vegan friendly and their tofu is made with honey sauce and their vegetables are made with parmesan cheese, I just dont agree with that label. Healthy food, but not for vegans. View all feedback.

Her standard almost casual restaurant that offers a lot of food in a bowl. the service is fast and the food is clearly marked. the sweet potatoes are one.
Large menu with selected vegan options to build the perfect dish. can vegan or double selection to get what they want. yum for the whole family!
Casual atmosphere, with a see-thru serving/ordering counter, similar to how Subway and Chipotle is set up. You tell employees behind the counter which choices you would like in your bowl', then they dish it out in front of you. (It is NOT self-serve... unlike Sweet Tomatoes nor is it all-you-can-eat Ordering can be confusing the first time. It may help to visit their website to learn how ordering works in advance of your initial visit, though doing so is not necessary. Some food options remain the same year-round, while a few switch-up. I LOVE their tofu bowl', w vegetables served over sweet potato noodles (which do not look like, not taste like sweet potatoes). As far as I know, their steamed tofu protein' is always an option. I see another reviewer indicated it contains honey, but we were told it's vegan. It seems not all serving employees know what is and isn't vegan, which is frustrating. If you order a side of one of their sauces, be sure to ask which are vegan; some contain dairy. I could not eat the brocolli that was available during my last visit because it (unnecessarily) contained parm cheese. : I would feel more comfortable eating here if they would simply label which items are vegan. The parking situation is bad. There simply aren't enough nearby designated spots to accomodate customer numbers. I recommend going at off-peak meal times especially if you're driving... Otherwise, you will likely end up waiting outside for a parking spot... then standing in a long line to order once you're inside. Don't be tempted to park illegally because you very well may get towed. The eat-in seating area is quite limited and uncomfortably snug, but getting your food to-go avoids those issues. The few available juice options are made/bottled in advance (NOT made-to-order), and contain mostly fruit (apple and pineapple). I prefer fresh juice, made primarily with vegetables/greens. There are no vegan dessert options as far as I know, BUT you can find delicious SOFT SERVE vegan (coconut milk) ice cream at Sweet Soul which is directly across the street! Brown rice and sweet potato noodle were good, however the Brussel sprouts and string beans were over cooked, no other vegan vegitables available.
