Came here to order a custom cake for the 2nd birthday of my daughter. the dame gave us a stance, rude look, and told us that they did not love, cake cups or anything beside the basic cakes they had on the display. I have seen the photos of their cake on their website and that is not true at all. We felt that they didn't want to serve us because my wife and daughter are black, so we went out.

Not happy that they are non-chalant attitude or lack of communication and I speak Spanish. I wanted to order my daughter's birthday cake. I told her my daughter wanted an Ombre cake with a teal that would fade in bright pink. with a moon and stars up. she was controversial and argued about everything I asked. when I said, you can set up a good birthday, she said there was no room and I said it was good to just put it on the floor on the tablet. then I asked if she could put the number 19, she said well, how many dings do they want to fit on this cake? there is no room I only asked was for a moon and star, all standing and number 19. the images of their custum cake in their catalog show much more complicated things than that. Of course the cake didn't come out as we asked. instead of ombre teal and pink we have a layer of blue a layer of light blue and a layer of pink. I had also explained in spanish what teal made you. they wrote happy birthday on the cake when they said they couldn't and they had a lot of space to put the 19 there. the moon they used was rather a strange shape like a thin triangle that was glued out of the head that they cut out from one of their styrofoam containers. I had to make the moon itself fondant and buy my own 19 and it was good.

I went to breakfast this morning. I wasn't at this place since I moved out of tampa, but this morning I was close and I decided to stop by, this place is very well known, but to my surprise I noticed that none of the workers who worked there had preparation of the food treatment had either face mask or gloves. so my option was to go and buy nothing. these are critical times in which we are going through the COVID-19 pandemic and we have to take care of ourselves. everyone leads his business as they want, but this is just something to consider and offer face mask gloves to the employees, they could attract more costumes and help society. Thank you.

I ordered a Cuban sandwich with only mustard mayonnaise and pickles not pressed. the dame looked at me as if I had three heads and said not pressed I said yes, please, I like my sandwich traditional, she shook her head and took the command and I paid for it. my sandwich was put in a bag, I took it and drove home. in the open pocket and when I unwraped the sandwich, it was not on genuine authentic Cuban brot, but something that looked like a brot, not where close authentic Cuban brot. I'm not buying from this place.
