theo, our server, was great! contempt, professional and always there, if necessary. Eating combines wonderful aromas and appetit coatings. haley, the manager in the service, could answer some of our questions and gave us a short tour through the hotel and conference and event facilities after our meal. the interieur was miami chic with a cool mood. great experience overall! What User doesn't like about Flor Fina:
not much of a selection in the menu. Extremely over price for elements that are on the menu. the steak tasted charred, the fish had no taste and the Ybor salad was just a prime salad. the service was very slow for the amount of people in the restaurant. the best part of dinner was ambiente and live music. After having a reservation for our date night, being seated by the hostess, we were never tended to again. No water, nothing. We looked around and noticed only one table around us had food so after 15 minutes we gave up. Ruined our date night completely.
