The place was great but the wait staff was severely understaffed in the dining room. The bar and the games were great. It was raining heavily that day so it was a great place to be, unfortunately, everyone else thought so too so the lines for everything were long. The food itself was also very good. I love the giant pretzel (cinnamon sugar should be an option though). View all feedback.
What NicoleM doesn't like about Dave Buster's Tampa (brandon):
If you like cold food and a nearly non-existent waitress, then this is the place for you! Took nearly 15-20 minutes for her to come take our order. We weren't provided silverware had to ask. Never offered refills we were one of only 4 tables. Conversing with other staff a table that she knew the patrons their children, were far more important. View all feedback.
An important note for life: always keep in touch with your inner child! It doesn’t matter how old you get, you can always keep that inner child fed! And if you need a little boost yourself, going to a Dave Busters will surely unlock that special part of you once again and completely refresh your perspective! This was an unbelievable amount of fun. Dave Buster’s is the new and improved, modern, adult (ish) version of Chuck-E-Cheese, and it’s a blast. I was so impressed with all of the sleek, electronic arcade games they have here. There are still a lot of classics like MarioKart, skeeball, basketball and others along with newer games like Temple Run, Candy Crush, Angry Birds, even an ace throwing game, and endless more. You can also grab a bite to eat while you’re here, and the food is decent! I got a fun drink from the bar and the bartender was so cool. The whole atmosphere is mood lifting and enjoyable. This location was clean and one I’ll certainly come back to!
Drinks were great. There was a long (1.5 hour) wait time for a table. Food took forever to come out and then one of our orders never came out. The kitchen was backed up, we get it, things like this happen, a manager came out to talk to us and was rude to the server and told him she didn’t need to hear his cometary after he explained the missing order wouldn’t be coming out soon. That’s when we all snapped on her. The poor kid was trying his hardest to please us and to be honest he’s what made the experience awesome. The overall experience of the games, the waiter, the drinks, food and fun was amazing. I’d recommend everyone come out and have fun. Every business has off nights even managers. We really did have fun!
My family and I had a great time, it was my first time there we had a birthday party so you know it can be kind of hectic with bigger parties, the waitress was very friendly and he did an absolutely great job and he had several parties to cater to. The food came out promptly they have their team from the back that brings the food out. The salmon was absolutely amazing. And we also had this sticky ribs which was very tasty as well. Afterwards we played video games and had great cocktails, I would definitely visit again. If your are wanting to have great food and a great time this is your place to go with family.
The food was good, I ordered the salmon over jasmine rice with green beans and extra Cajun butter. Do not order the Cauliflower as it was super hard zero seasoning for taste. The games were fun too but you'll need at least 400 tickets to get a few games. We did 200 for our little one and ran out quickly as the games are pretty high. Lowest one I saw was 6.5 but it was a good game. Also they have wipes and sanitizer bottles around so it made it easier to wipe down games before you used them.
The Brandon Dave and Buster's is great! The staff was friendly and helpful. It was busy but not too crowded on a Friday night. The food here is surprisingly good. We had the pretzel (which is huge), the shrimp dip, ribs appetizer, and churros. All were delicious. I also had a ceasar salad that was excellent. A very fun night!
