Absolutely loved the braised duck leg quarter special! It was incredibly tender and there was plenty of it. The Cuban sandwich was also top-notch. I recommend skipping the touristy restaurants a few blocks north and heading to d&d instead. You won't be let down. View all feedback.
My husband I frequent this establishment often for lunch. Everyone is always so warm inviting but it's the food that keeps us coming back! The food is exquisite. They offer a different special daily. Lamb shank, stuffed chicken breast, pot roast, ropa vieja, etc etc and everything they make is literally so perfect!
Everyone friendly. Speak English... Food is good. Coffee is great.

They are so friendly and the food is very good. Family owned and operated for over 30 some years. Very clean.
Popped back into D&D because I remembered how awesome their roast pork sandwich was. Well, it was very good again with super soft Cuban bread and tender chunks of pork. I will say that I remember it being a lot more moist as this time it was kind of dry. Though, I might have ordered it with extra au jus last time. Also, the service was super fast and the black beans side is a meal in itself just like before. Well done, D&D.
