Cru Cellars Westshore Marina - Tampa

Just a short review to croque monsieur. try a hearty broth. I was served soggy.

We thought at cru cellars was a quick bite before an event, so we had no full experience. what we did was very pleasant. the crispy cauliflower and hummus board were excellent. we will definitely go back when we cross the extensive wine list and enjoy a full meal.

Service was good. The food was meh. Loved the pizza but the duck was not good at all. Also had the pasta but we had to add salt to it. Wine was great. Cute place but probably will only go back for pizza and wine.

I think they might have been having an off night or were understaffed because the service was awful. After finishing our appetizer, we sat at our table with empty drink glasses and dirty plates for over thirty minutes before someone finally came back and took our dinner order. If I'd had enough cash I would have just paid for what we had and left; I doubt anyone would have noticed. They sat us right by the door to the patio and the door to the wine room so staff came and went A LOT. It was like we were invisible. I've never found the service to be great, last night was pretty unacceptable. The food was, as always, very good--well prepared, fresh, etc. We probably would have ordered at least two more rounds of drinks if anyone had asked. I'd still recommend it but only if you have 2 hours to eat two courses.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would consider this a good spot to sit at the bar for a drink and some apps. FYI the patio has no shade during brunch and all the surrounding white buildings make it extremely bright and hot.
