The food at this restaurant was not up to par. Despite the fresh appearance of the salad bar, the taste did not live up to expectations. The soda fountain was decent, except for the non-carbonated options which had a strange taste. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The restaurant seemed to have done a better job in the past. I can't say enough about how great the experience was. macy above all was amazing! so friendly, helpful and made me feel like we were the only ones in the building. the personal goes beyond and beyond.
While you might get a good deal on the all you can eat food, it's really not the best all you can eat food. Pizza is only ok at best but most of it is sitting too long to be hot or fresh. Pasta is waterlogged that you need to drain before adding in sauce. Breadsticks are over cooked and warm at best.Guess in this case you truly get what you pay for.
We live in Sarasota. We do not have a CiCis in our area. So the only time we get to go is when we are in Brandon or Tampa. This is one of the best in the area. Restaurant is always clean, buffet is always full of fresh pizza, and the staff are very professional and courtesy.
Great prices salad bar, pizza, pasta, soup and desert. Order e your own custom pizza as well. Does not have chicken wings like some of The other cicis.. The only employee that seems to actually try at this location is the 2 Spanish people in the back young man and lady. The other people are just there
The unlimited buffet is the best way to go at this place as you will have chance to taste 10 types of pizza,a soup and some desserts . The taste was also good.
