However, others had positive experiences, praising friendly staff and generous portion sizes. The Burratta appetizer and Tuscan Pappardelle Eggplant Stack were highlighted as standout dishes. Despite mixed reviews, many diners expressed willingness to return to this establishment.
The restraint was empty. The food was aweful the ricotta was spoiled and I was told by the waitress they threw the tray away. She apologized but a manager did was taken off our bill.Food was aweful serving sizes very small. All you can eat salad is a joke they bring you one plate. If you ask for more they make you wait minutes for another and never ask if you want more.aweful would not recommend not going back
The sauce sauce didn't have much flavor, Ted wines were not good. Fish was dry, pizza pretty good. Chicken was dry. Nice atmosphere but cold. Pasta was very good. Wouldn't go back n
A little pricey, food was good, portions decent and waiter was very friendly
Katie was our waitress, she was friendly helpful. The other staff members that helped were also very good. The Burratta appetizer is great, as well as the Tuscan Pappardelle Eggplant Stack. The portions were generous. The Chicken Marsala was ok, but we felt like there could have been more chicken. My daughter received a yummy cupcake with her kids meal. Overall, we had a good experience will return
Our service was great, especially since this place is very new. Food was a tad bland but cooked well and the portions are huge! I highly recommend the Barratta. The only complaint I have is how the checks were done. We were there for a birthday dinner and there were several checks for our party of people. The waiter did ask who would be on each check but then never asked or confirmed what went on each check. He had split one appetizer over checks I had a coupon for a free appetizer and then was told he would have to redo every check. I had a friend come a bit later, well after appetizers, and the appetizer was split on her check also. My father had ordered salads for the table, to pay for himself, and those got split as well. This could have been avoided had he asked or confirmed and when I said something it was as if it would be a hassle to correct so everyone paid their check as is
