Howe... read more I've been visiting Burger 21 on and off for many years at various locations in the area. This particular spot is usually clean and offers friendly service. However, I'm really hoping they bring back the Chicken Parm, which was my go-to sandwich when I didn't feel like having a burger. Unfortunately, it was removed from the menu a year or two ago, so I don't visit as often anymore. I recently tried their "Crispy Chick," which was alright, but it just doesn't compare to the chicken parm. I'd definitely come back more frequently if they reintroduced it.

Dominik was amazing—he checked in on me during my meal, which I really appreciate in a restaurant. I will definitely be returning!
