Contribute FeedbackIn the bustling landscape of fast food, experiences at McDonald's remain largely a mixed bag. While the spicy Spanish stack burger garners some praise, service quality often disappoints. Instances of incorrect orders and unprofessional staff interactions overshadow the culinary experience, with some patrons encountering rudeness from management. However, amidst the chaos, there are glimmers of positivity, such as clean dining areas and diligent young staff members working hard to maintain a pleasant environment. This inconsistency highlights the challenges faced by fast-food chains in consistently meeting customer expectations while delivering quality service.
Sat in queue for about ten minutes to be told no hot drinks for 2nd time in a week! Would be 0 rating if I could leave one.
I made Uber order and I paid 7.59 for a triple cheeseburger witch didn’t come and the meals themat did come was over cooked and freezing cold the delivery time was 11.50 it arrived at 12.08 that is disgusting service.
Order was correct and staff were very friendly. However, the milkshake machine never seems to be working? Apart from that it’s great.
As I delivery driver I have visited this restaurant more than 20 times over the past 2 weeks and the restaurant is nearly as cold as the outside temperature! Most evenings I have been there it has been under 5°c and I have heard staff saying it is only 6°c in the actual kitchen area so I feel sorry for the poor staff working at the windows I remarked on how cold it was 2 or 3 times and the staff advised management were aware that heating is not working I even mentioned it to one shift manager who advised it was being looked into 2 weeks of no heating and temperature below acceptable conditions only McDonald's get away with this! if my brother's restaurant was run this way the local authority would prefer the doors closed until the heating was rectified The staff deserve 5 stars for turning up to work the management deserve 1 star for their poor management luckily I am only having to be in there under 10 minutes per visit but they are 10 cold minutes waiting for the collection off the order
Viisted the McDonalds at the Snipe Retail Park with my family on the August Bank Holiday for our tea, we were very pleased how clean it was. We used the self service screen and got our food, sat down at a table which was spotless and no food on the floor. There was a young man, probably only 16 or 17 working very hard clearing the tables etc, he really made the place look really clean and tidy especially when it was so busy! Well done to the staff especially to the young chap we will be back again!!
